Frequently asked questions

  • No. Lindstead receives no commissions from vendors, which keeps its advice fully independent.

  • No. The principal drivers are data control, DORA and NIS2 exit requirements, and exposure to non-EU data-access legislation. Most high-risk obligations under the Act apply from 2 December 2027.

  • Then that is the recommendation, documented in full. Fees are independent of the outcome.
