Who is responsible

Lindstead is a trade name of Resolving Delta B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42119526. Resolving Delta B.V. is the controller for the personal data described below. Questions and requests: contact@lindstead.com.

Contact requests

When you use the contact form, Lindstead receives your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your organisation, role and topic. The country of your connection is recorded; your IP address is not stored. The data is used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement. The legal basis is Lindstead's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Contact requests are stored in a database operated by Cloudflare in Western Europe and forwarded by email to Lindstead. They are kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows.

Meetings

Meetings are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The details you enter when booking are processed by Google and used by Lindstead to prepare and hold the meeting.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice. Advertising features and advertising cookies are switched off. Your choice is stored in your browser so the notice does not reappear; you can reset it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Processors

Lindstead uses Cloudflare (hosting, database and email forwarding) and Google (analytics with consent, and meeting scheduling). These providers process data on Lindstead's behalf under data processing terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request to contact@lindstead.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
